Nick Martrain is a veteran marine sales professional, with nearly 30 years spent in the industry. Originally from south Louisiana, Nick has owned and operated three marine dealerships of his own prior to joining the Legendary Marine team. He is a proud graduate of LSU with an educational background in marketing and finance. His years of boat sales and management experience, coupled with his appointments and participation in numerous national dealer councils and advisory boards, have given him a broad perspective of the market.
"I am very excited about living and working here on the Gulf Coast and in the Panama City market, specifically," said Nick. "It is an honor to represent a world class organization like Legendary Marine. We offer the top brands in the business and our team at all locations shares a sincere passion to provide the finest customer service in the world."
Philomena Martrain is the office manager at the Panama City dealership location. Originally from Baton Rouge, she brings a warm Southern smile to all she encounters, along with a heartfelt desire to serve customers. Philomena has enjoyed boating for 35 years and enjoys fishing and cruising, including picnics and trips to Shell Island and other popular boating hotspots. She is also an ace in the kitchen who loves cooking and baking; her peanut butter fudge is to die for and top on her colleagues' list for Christmas sampling! Philomena is also active in the community and serves as ambassador with the local chamber of commerce. When she's not at work, her favorite place to be is playing with her four beautiful granddaughters and one grandson.
" I absolutely love working with Legendary Marine and love my job," she says enthusiastically. "Please give us the opportunity to help you find the boat of your dreams. Our team here in Panama City looks forward to earning your business and appreciate the opportunity to do so."
A true Florida native, Chuck Hartzman is originally from Ft. Walton Beach, Fl and grew up in this area enjoying fishing and boating. Chuck left home for a career in the U.S. Navy where he had the opportunity to travel the world. After 21 years and duty stations that included the aircraft carrier USS Coral Sea (CV-43), Andros Island, Bahamas and the Middle East, he retired in 2003 and initially settled in the DC Metro area. During this time, he became very active with local bass fishing and youth organizations promoting the sport of bass fishing. He also was a successful bass tournament angler, having won the Wal-Mart Bass Fishing League Northeast Division tournament on the Potomac River in June 2007, and the Toyota Tundra Bassmaster Weekend Series as well. His first love is saltwater fishing, however.
"As a knowledgeable boater and angler who understands this market, I can help you find the right boat to fit your needs," says Chuck. "Whether it's chasing bass on a river or lake, or going after sailfish or king mackerel in the Gulf of Mexico, I look forward to helping you get in the boat of your dreams and become a member of the Legendary Marine family.
