Meet the Marina Management Team

Greg Featherston is Legendary Marina's Destin Marina Manager, with full responsibility for overall marina operations of this large complex. Greg brings a wealth of experience to this position including a prior position as harbor master at HarborWalk Village, and former dock master at Marbella. He also worked previously in a variety of executive and corporate positions within the hospitality industry. Greg is a lifelong and passionate boater who enjoys focusing both his work and pleasure time on and around the water.

"I've been closely associated with Legendary Marina for many years and am very pleased to be part of the management team and overseeing marina activities," says Greg. "Perhaps the aspect of the job I most enjoy is interacting with our customers and ensuring they have a wonderful experience here."

Joni Guerrera serves as the Executive Sales and Leasing Director for Legendary Yacht Club, and also serves as Assistant Marina Manager at Legendary Marine. Joni joined Legendary Marine after a highly successful sales experience for a prestigious private yacht club in Southwest Florida, as well as a stint as assistant national sales manager for the Yacht Clubs of America which specialized in five-star concierge service, dry and wet slips sales, and marina development for 400+ luxury wet slips and 2,000+ dry boat slips. Joni joined Legendary Marine in 2007 and is actively engaged in all marina activities including the Destinations Cruising Club, and the ongoing sale of dry slips. She is also very active in the state and local marine industry and is president of the local marina association where she focuses her abundant energies on protecting and promoting recreational boating and fishing for families and businesses on the Gulf Coast.

"My husband and I are both active boat owners and we love living here and enjoying the beauty of the Emerald Coast," says Joni warmly. "I love working with my storage and marina customers who share the same love of the water as I do. My goal is to make every experience at Legendary Marine the best possible for our customers. The best thing about this business is that so many of our customers become friends!"

Mac McKinley is the marina manager at Brooks Bridge in Fort Walton Beach. He is responsible for the daily marina operations including facilities and crew. Prior to joining Legendary Marine, he worked 15 years as a manager with West Marine, one of the marine industry's leading big box retailers. His favorite pastimes and hobbies including fishing, hunting, scuba diving and golf. He's spent 25 years enjoying time on the water, operating both power and sailing vessels from 10' to 103'.

"My goal is to make every customer's experience at our marina one that is legendary in every sense of the word," said Matt.
