Rob Howe began his marine industry career as a parts/service manager in 1994 in Newport Beach, CA. He transferred 10 years later to work for one of the largest marine dealerships in the country, in Seattle, WA, with responsibilities for their yacht parts/service center. He joined Legendary Marine at its Destin service facility in 2009, and later was promoted and transferred to head up Gulf Shore's service department in 2011.

Charlotte Hopkins Culbreth has over 20 years in the marine industry and abundant knowledge and experience in Sales, Service, Parts, and Management. She has many certifications including Yamaha 5 Star Management, Yamaha Masters Degree, Pursuit University School, and Integrated Dealer Systems for Parts and Service. Her priority is to exceed each customer's expectations.
