Traci Polk brings a wealth of marine industry experience to Legendary Marine, having worked in both sales and sales management for more than a decade with multiple leading marine dealerships throughout Florida. Prior to her promotion to Consignment & Inventory Manager at the Destin dealership location, Traci worked at the Fort Walton Beach location as the Sales Manager. When she's not on the water, you might find Traci with camera in hand shooting all sorts of spectacular scenic imagery.

"I love working in the Destin location," said Traci. "We primarily work with customers who live in our community and it is fun and enjoyable to build long-term relationships with them. It is great to be part of a vibrant community where thewaterways are such a vital part of the boating lifestyle, and to be able to help our customers maximize their leisure time."

Keri Doscher joined the Legendary Marine staff in May 2004 after graduating with a degree in Business Management from Valdosta State University. Keri's industry experience began in 2000 when worked with two well known boat manufacturers in sales and marketing, prior to coming aboard at Legendary Marine. Keri  facilitates finance, insurance and extended warranty sales for each customer's purchase.

 "It is very satisfying to see customers taking delivery of their new boats," says Keri.  "Every time a happy customer leaves my office, it reinforces to me that I am in the right job field! Every customer that leaves our facility becomes a part of our Legendary Marine family.  I look forward to seeing that boating family grow even more over the next few years."

After a lengthy and highly successful career in automotive sales and sales management,  John Burns turned his passion for high quality products to the boating industry.  He was Legendary Marine's first employee and has delivered hundreds of boats and yachts to highly satisfied customers over the years.  He is our senior yacht broker.

Bob Peavler is Sales Manager of Legendary Marine's Destin, FL headquarters location.  Bob brings a wealth of solid sales and customer service experience to this position, having served previously as sales manager for top Toyota and Ford dealerships in Illinois, earning distinguished awards and recognition for his performance. In addition, Bob was a head golf pro and golf tour professional who won three statewide PGA events. He is now putting his solid swing into full extension here at Legendary Marine and is enjoying working in the recreational boating market.

"Boating was part of my life from an early age," says Bob. "I spent many years fishing with my father and I know just how special this time can be for families. I'm thrilled to be part of a dealership like Legendary Marine, which is all about the customer. Patty Hayles serves as client relations manager overseeing all internet leads, as well as serving as the cheery receptionist and greeter at Destin's Legendary Marine headquarters location. In addition, Patty capably juggles a variety of all office duties and sales support functions.

She's from the Pensacola area, has two dogs and comes from a big family. Her hobbies and past times including Family, Fishing and Football, as well as spending as much recreational time as possible on or near the water.

Neil Courtney brings a unique blend of qualities and experience to Legendary Marine.  Having been involved in marine industry sales throughout Europe for 23 years, he moved to the United States in 2005 and adds an international flair to our dealership. Neil brings a rich blend of sales, international finance, and management to our team and is well respected by his customers. Neil is also a certified yacht broker. When he is not out kiteboarding or boating, you might find Neil with paintbrush in hand, producing some of the most beautiful marine fine art imaginable.

Todd Royall has worked in sales with Legendary Marine for more than seven years and was previously in sales for a brokerage house in South Florida. He is a passionate, purebred fishing aficionado who has hosted shows on Addictive Fishing, Flats Class, Florida Sportsman and Shallow Water Angler television. He is also a member of the SKEETER PRO TEAM. Todd is a past recipient of Legendary Marine's Salesman of the Year award. He has directed many tournaments and seminar events, and enjoys a great reputation in the Southeastern U.S. fishing community. Todd is also a certified yacht broker.

Captain Erik Anderson is a Florida State University graduate and has been a licensed 100 ton Master Captain for over a decade. He has worked in the marine Industry for 15 years and joined Legendary Marine in 2008. As a competitive offshore angler, his passion for sportfishing has led him around the world in pursuit of the prestigious IGFA Royal Slam. He served two years as tournament director of the Destin Swordfish Shootout and is a certified yacht broker.

 "I am passionate about boating and fishing and get a great deal of satisfaction in helping my customers find the perfect boat for their particular boating lifestyle," said Erik. "I  have had the pleasure of working in both sales and delivery for many years and it is very fulfilling to see my customers enjoying their boats and the boating lifestyle."

Bill McKissick spent 25 years in the luxury automotive business in sales and management capacities, selling brands such as BMW, Mercedes and Porsche, among others, prior to joining Legendary Marine . He also worked for a smaller boat dealership prior to coming aboard in late 2011. Bill is also a certified yacht broker. He owns a boat and a Harley, and enjoys spending time in the great outdoors.

"I have a very long career in working with customers of high end products, so I clearly understand and appreciate the importance of respecting the customer and delivering outstanding service throughout the sales process," says Bill. "I grew up in New Orleans and have been boating and enjoying water sports all of my life. I love assisting customers in fulfilling their boating needs. Travis Royall has a lifelong passion for the water. He is a tournament inshore angler who grew up fishing the east coast of Florida, from Jacksonville down through the Jupiter Inlet. Travis graduated from the University of North Florida with a major in marketing and became a sales manager for a retail chain in Atlanta, prior to joining the team at Legendary Marine. He is a certified yacht broker.

"I have an emphasis on maintaining a professional and enjoyable experience for my customers here at Legendary Marine," said Travis. "Boating is fun, relaxing and enjoyable and I firmly believe the boat buying experience should be the same. Lino Falduto is an active boat owner who enjoys watersports and cruising with his twin boys when he's not at working promoting his favorite leisure lifestyle! Lino brings years of high end real estate experience to his position as a sales consultant at Legendary Marine. He loves the area and all that it has to offer.

 "Boating is all about enjoying time with family and friends on the water," says Lino. "My ultimate goal is to make the experience for my customers as enjoyable and as fun as possible. Prior to joining Legendary Marine, Lance Weatherbie's professional career included stints in automotive sales and as a commercial diver. He loves to fish, dive and wakeboard, and to spend family time on the water. 

"I love working for my customers, to help them find the boat that will give them the most fun and the best value possible," says Lance. "My goal is to serve as a valuable resource to my customers and to answer their questions, research the opportunities and provide the best and smartest solution possible to meet their boating needs."

John  Hodskins is a veteran sales consultant and certified professional yacht broker who has spent 20+ years in the marine industry. Prior to joining Legendary Marine, John's boating career encompassed work as a general sales manager, manufacturer's rep and as a top sales performer.  A devoted family man with four children, John and his "personal crew" enjoy boating together and other outdoor activities. He has spent a great deal of time boating on the gulf as well as the Great Lakes.    

"My goal is to match my customers to the best yacht or boat for their preferred lifestyle and budget," he says. "I'm here to provide each customer with the knowledge and tools needed to make the best decision for their boating activity."

Randy Royall has enjoyed a lifetime love affair with boating, with a special passion for freshwater and saltwater fishing. He joins two cousins who are also veterans on the sales force of Legendary Marine. Randy previously sold boats in the Northwest Florida market and was a top performer prior to joining the Legendary Marine Team. He credits his success with his sincere interest in helping boaters choose the right boat for their lifestyle and budget, and in working to always deliver the best possible sales and customer service experience possible.

"It is a real joy for me to see a family enhance their lifestyle and relationships through the investment in the boating lifestyle," says Randy enthusiastically. "I'm fortunate to be able to sell such an outstanding series of products offered by Legendary Marine and to work with such a well respected, top ranked dealership. Chas Matthews is a product specialist/sales consultant. Prior to moving into this position, Chas spent seven months working for the dealership in a sales operations capacity. A lifelong boater, he was born and raised on beautiful emerald green Destin waters, spending many hours enjoying a wealth of sporting activities.

Chas is also a former college athlete and member of the 2012 National Championship Valdosta State University Football Team where he served as middle linebacker and defensive captain.

He comes from a large, tight knit family with parents who live in Destin, along with two brothers and two sisters.

His goal? "I look forward to building friendships with boaters in our market and providing remarkable and memorable service to my customers."

James Murphy, known to his friends and family as "Murphy," is a former business owner and sales manager who loves the boating lifestyle. A graduate of Ohio University with advanced studies sponsored by Harvard Business School, Murphy is excited to take his love for boating and launch a new career as a product specialist in the marine industry in the Destin market.

"I've spent many years boating on Lake Erie, Lake of the Ozarks and in the Destin area," says Murphy. "I love to go boating with my best friend and life partner Shirley, as well as my children and grandchildren. It's wonderful to work with other boaters who share the same love for the boating life and to help them find the boat to maximize their fun and enjoyment on the water."

When Murphy isn't boating, you might find him on the golf course, or possibly kicking back - he's a black belt in karate!

Justin Reeder is a sales consultant and product specialist at the Destin headquarters location. An avid boater and area resident since 2003, Justin previously worked in the detailing department at Legendary Marine, prior to launching a sales career in the automotive world. He was named sales person of the month multiple times while at Hub City Ford, but always longed to focus his passion and return to work in the boating industry. He joined Legendary Marine in a full-time sales capacity in 2014.

"My goal is to earn lifelong customers and to assist them however needed by providing all the available boating information needed to make the right decision for their lifestyle and budget," says Justin. "I'm very happy to be working with the first-class team at Legendary Marine and share the dealership's commitment for delivering outstanding customer service."

When he's not enthusiastically greeting customers at Legendary Marine, you can find Justin enjoying time with his family, fishing or cheering Auburn football.

Scott Brogdon joined Legendary Marine in late 2011. He brings solid marine experience to the team, including a 100 ton Captain’s License. He also previously owned a marine construction business. He is very enthusiastic about the opportunity to serve Legendary Marine customers.

“I am very excited to offer great customer service and to help customers in their pursuit of the boating lifestyle,” said Scott. “I thoroughly enjoy boating and have spent much of my professional career on and around the water. I am thrilled to be working as the Delivery Captain and Quality Control Manager for Legendary Marine.”
